From 2013 - 2017, Palmdale Estates partnered with the Beemiller family to develop Nella Terra Cellars into an exclusive wedding venue on the Beemiller’s one hundred acre private estate in the Sunol hills.
Recently, Palmdale Estates opened its newest facility, Casa Bella, in Sunol’s quaint and charming downtown. Casa Bella is a one of a kind venue where modern elegance meets rustic charm.
We are now happy to announce Palmdale Estates at Ardenwood Farms in Fremont and our exciting plans to build a mission style venue on the property of the Fremont United Methodist Church. Palmdale Estates has an impressive history of exemplary service that not only sets us apart but has raised industry standards.

But the real MVPs were our amazing coordinators who made sure that the entire event went off without a hitch…When I ended up barefoot outside before the wedding (no shoes for an Indian wedding and my feet were in pain), Leann lent me her own flip-flops. This level of care and service was beyond our expectation, and it felt that we were with friends rather than vendors. Our guests, and even my picky family, raved about the location. 5 stars!

Our History
Palmdale Estates is proud to be one of the East Bay’s premier wedding industry leaders for over 3 decades. In 1986, Palmdale Estates started its business by managing corporate events at Hidden Valley Ranch and weddings/receptions at the Stanford House in Warm Springs, Fremont.
From there, Palmdale Estates went on to host events for 28 years in Mission San Jose, Fremont on the private estate gardens of the Sisters of the Holy Family and in the historic “Best House.”

The ceremony site is GORGEOUS! And the venue is tucked away in the small, quaint little town of Sunol, so it feels like you're in the countryside, yet only a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Silicon Valley. Having our wedding at Casa Bella was one of the best decisions we made as a couple. I wish we can go back to that day and do it all over again. Thanks to the great staff at Casa Bella, it was really the best day of my life!
