Corporate Events

    Situated between Fremont and Pleasanton, Casa Bella is the perfect location to host Corporate Events for our Bay Area neighbors. 

    Our newly renovated venue has a state-of-the-art audio, visual and PA system. 

    With weekday and weekend ability and indoor/outdoor accommodations, we are able to host group sizes both small and large. Our indoor facility provides table seating for up to 200 guests or 300 guests cocktail style. 

    Our outside areas are comprised of a patio and garden, lit by bistro lights providing another spacious and beautiful area for use.

    Parking is available across the street and within walking distance.

Weekend Rentals

  • Saturday $4,500/8 Hour Rental - 150 Guests and $15,000 Catering Minimum

  • Sunday $3,500/8 Hour Rental - 100 Guests and $11,000 Catering Minimum

  • Friday Evening $3,500/8 Hour Rental - 125 Guests and $12,500 Catering Minimum

Weekday Rentals

  • Weekday Evening $2,500/8 Hour Rental - 50 Guests and Catering Minimum

  • Weekday Daytime $2,000/8 Hour Rental - 50 Guests and Catering Minimum

November-March Events

  • Sunday $3,000/8 Hour Rental - 100 Guests and $9,500 Catering Minimum

The rental fee of Casa Bella includes:
  •  5, 8’ x 2.5' rectangular tables

  • 20, 66" round tables

  • 1, 48" round table

  • 8 wine barrel cocktail tables

  • 4, 4' x 8' farmhouse tables

  • 200 gold Chiavari chairs

  • The rental fee includes the services to set-up and break-down tables and chairs and janitorial clean-up for up to 200 guests. Extra fees may apply above 200 guests, please inquire.

The Casa Bella team is extraordinary! For our corporate function, Casa Bella made it easy for us to relax and interact with our clients without worry. What an incredible find Casa Bella was to host our annual company holiday event.  The venue is amazing,  beautiful, elegant, yet inviting and comfortable at the same time.  No details in the design and ambience have been overlooked...In addition to the amazing venue, owners and staff, the food was delicious and beautifully plated, something that sometimes falls short when hosting a large sit down dinner event.

We recently held our fundraising event at the beautiful Casa Bella Event Center. Our guests were speechless when they walked down the red carpet into the stunning venue... The room easily fit our entire casino, auction tables and photo booth with ample room for seating and mingling. We received numerous compliments on the delicious food and its beautiful presentation...The crowd was enjoying themselves so much that we raised a record amount of money!
